Flat roof

We provide you with quality at the highest level.

Flat roofs are roofs with a roof pitch between 0 and 10 degrees. Protection against water penetration is provided by waterproofing made of bitumen or plastic.

We can clearly refute the assumption that flat roofs are generally vulnerable and short-lived!
Hardly any other part of a building makes such high demands on the execution as the flat roof. By using coordinated components such as a vapor barrier, thermal insulation and waterproofing, your house remains permanently protected from weather and environmental influences such as heat, cold, rain, snow and ice. In addition to solid craftsmanship, comprehensive knowledge of building physics and design experience are essential.

Maintenance and repairs

The roof is exposed to the elements (heat, cold, precipitation) every day. Over the years, natural wear and tear occurs, such as a leaking roof, defective tiles or gutters that overflow, etc. With regular roof inspection, we help you avoid costly repairs and annoying water or consequential damage. A roof inspection includes the optimal control of the roofing material. All connections (chimney, pipes, skylights) are checked and cleaned. The gutters are cleared of dirt so that the water can flow away unhindered.

Flat roofs also require the same maintenance as a pitched roof, which is unfortunately often neglected.
